Set-up was easy, all passwords and tabs transferred to new Chromebook. Sometimes it will not go to Google products; it asks me to log-in again, and then will not let me do the log-in. Has a good amount of memory; I am able to download videos to then transfer to my Google account. I don't understand why sometimes I cannot get into my gmail inbox, but I am otherwise happy with this product.
