The customer service went above and beyond and was very helpful. Nice when you have no problems looking and buying a new item. I will be back for other purchases. After 3 months of purchase the screen was disconnecting from the keyboard and the border around the screen was coming a part! I took the laptop to Best Buy and they charged me a 50.00 shipping fee to get it to the service department and 3 months later the same thing is happening again! Terrible computer!! Do NOT Buy!
