Spilling a glass of orange juice over my Chromebook was not great. I took it to Best Buy, and they told me to look at a new one vs repairing the sticky keys, etc., on my damaged Chromebook. Best Buy has sales staff in each department and they know their products. I am very happy with Besy Buy. I've been a customer for years. I brought in my grandchildren throughout their school years, and they loved the patience of the salesperson with all their questions. The headset I found for one grandson allowed him to concentrate without all the chatter from other students, so he could complete his class much earlier than others. I only have had good experiences at Best Buy.

So far so good, working as it should. A very inexpensive laptop for mainly doing classes on line and seems to be suitable for that.

Product is user friendly and easy to use. It is my husband’s and he is not tech savvy and loves the Chromebook!

The only issue is the speakers and sound quality could be better. Otherwise the build quality and battery life are great.

Good screen size for me , has lots of features and apps. Only giving a 4 star because it is not touch screen. Overall love my laptop.

It does everything and has the apps built in. I would have had to purchase Microsoft Office & protection with a normal windows computer. I love the graphics and design. Price was great, $149, 15.6 with a case. Would buy again!

I really enjoy using the chrome note book my daughter had one that’s why I ordered this one like how well and simple it is to work

I got this chromebook for my dad for Christmas. He likes it ans very functionality for him and definitely recommended itIt is wonderful to hear that your dad is enjoying his new Chromebook! The Chromebook is a good low price alternative to a laptop, however, the Chromebook OS has some shortcomings, like not being able to put apps on the desktop that I find frustrating. 8 hour battery life is great.

Excellent product and good attention in the store so fast

This is a great computer for my children. We have not had a single problem with them. They work great for school work, videos and some small games. The battery lasts a pretty long time. I would definitely buy again.

it took some time getting used to, but that come with getting a new computer anyways. but over all 10/10

These have been the perfect addition to our homeschool tools. Functionality meets all of our needs for web based curriculums and tools as well as word processing, presentation, and data tools. It was exactly what we were looking for regarding functionality and price point as we had to purchase for each child. Would definitely recommend!

Good for a a chromebook, but all Google based, not Windows

The acer notebook/laptop is pretty good to be honest kids like for the device has evrything the need for school or any other task they need to perform. WE LOVE IT.
