Purchased for my 14Y.O. and he likes it. He hasn't mentioned having any problems with this product, so I'm happy

The unit works fine. Purchased as my 8 year old first computer. The first thing I noticed was the poor picture quality. Keyboard and speed was fine. Set up easy. Setting up the kids account and managing it was a pain. I found that if we did not shut it off life was easier. Just close the lid and then reopen. Overall I would have held off until he was old enough to engage a real PC or Mac.

Great laptop, small and easy to use but not too small!

Great web surfer. Needed something to surf the net and low cost. Does everything decent considering cost, cant complain as long as it lasts.

This unit replaced our another Acer Chromebook that had become obsolete. It’s easy to use and operates the same as our old one.

Got it as a gift for my mother as she’s older computer is nice and convenient for her with talk to speech to google and runs very smoothly as she just uses it for basic web surfing and work.

I Like this laptop,it's nice convenient and very easy to use.my kid's use it to research school projects,look up item's listen to music and watch video's.

This is a great Chromebook. It is perfect for contract work that I have been hired to do. It comes with a nice protective bag. The price was perfect, too!

I like this chromebook a lot-- it has everything I need and has a very long lasting battery! Was quite a bit larger that I expected, which is not my preference, but I am overall really pleased with it.

I got this for my daughter to do work processing, web browsing for school + canva on. It’s great. Can’t beat it for the price

The laptop has performed better than we had hoped since we purchased it. The display is crisp and easy on our vision. All the application and office suite software is running flawlessly.

I've only used the Acer Chromebook for a short period of time but it was very easy to set up and fills all the needs for what I need.

Easy to use , purchased as a Christmas gift for older parent and they are loving it turn it on and it's easy to set up and operate

The laptop was delievered as promised, very quickly, in perfect condition. The only difference was that the disply image has an Acer carry bag shown, which was not in the box. I contacted customer service. They apologized and admitted that it was confusing, but said that the bag was only shown as an available accessory. In returning to the description, I found no reference to a bag, but still... So unless I was given incorrect information, know that the carry bag is not included, though can be purchased from the Acer website for $20.

Very good and cheap, Very good for doing work and for games, it is fast and very efficient.

Perfect for anything. It has a big enough screen for movies and shows, the keypad is very useful. Enough space to save games and apps. It is an amazing laptop.

Really great device I use it everyday for school. The only thing is that the battery life decreases the more you use it but overall I would say 9.5/10
