The first thing I noticed was the poor picture quality. Keyboard and speed was fine. Set up easy. Setting up the kids account and managing it was a pain. I found that if we did not shut it off life was easier. Just close the lid and then reopen. Overall I would have held off until he was old enough to engage a real PC or Mac.

I love the 15.6 screen, the easy setup and the keypad. I will be purchasing more Acer Products in the future.
