    I thought it was a laptop. It does say Chromebook that I now see but it also said laptop. Will be returning.

      Dear Richard,
      Chromebooks are different from Windows laptop products in that they are designed to be used primarily while connected to the Internet, with most applications and documents living in the cloud. Because of this they don’t have much for on-board storage but they also are not expensive either. Chromebooks run off apps like an Android phone or tablet so you cannot download and install applications or .exe files. If you need to use third party software applications that must be installed on the computer, a Chromebook is likely not for you, where a Windows laptop would suit you better.     Absolutely awful. Can hardly run anything without loading forever or lagging. Not at all worth the money.

    This Chromebook has no HDMI port. That made this device an immediately returned item.

    Extremely slow

    Slow, can’t hardly do anything with it. Had to do a paper for school on it and even just typing had a ton of latency.

    laptop is not functional, ive been attempting to get a refund but it’s on a payment plan so idk what to do next.

    Very basic, heavy computer

    The computer is too big and bulky. The speed is also an issue when writing and talking on video chat. There are better options out there.

    Lasted 3 months. The motherboard went out. Do not waste your money. Now I have to buy a new one and I'm out $150

    It is a very good deal for the price. I understand it gets Chrome updates for 5 years. I didn't realize it came with a soft case, which is nice. It is much lighter than using a laptop, which I prefer. Was pretty simple to start using right away. I like this size screen! It has some differences, compared to my previous Chromebook, so I still need to figure those out, as time permits, but I love using it as it is!

    If you're looking for a basic laptop, that performs well, this is for you. I purchased this for my 95 year old mother. It's simple to use, has a large screen, decent battery life, and is light and thin. The price is right, $149, can't beat it! This is not for someone looking for an Apple, or Windows powerhouse computer. It's perfect for everyday chores like email, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, weather, any other online business.
