    Poor display quality, basic apps glitch out

    I have no idea why this has high reviews. Terrible computer. The screen is washed out and content is barely visible. I downloaded a basic notes app to use for organization, and the app glitched out and became unusable. The computer doesn't even have basic functionality and everything that I pull up on it looks terrible. Unfortunately my father died the exact same day that I got this. It's now a few months later and returning to with tasks and realize I'm burdened by this horrible computer.

    I accidentally order two co M I accidentally order 2 laptops. Return one at the store. I thought they could set it up for me. They could not, and it's still not set up. I have not used it. I wanna know what you are looking for because the payment was made by my bank. Cause they called me back and told me they approved

    You get what you pay for I guess. This was quickly returned as it’s cheap looking, feeling and performing. Good if you need something cheap for basic essentials

    Good computer to write papers on and do research. NOT compatible with ROBLOX!!!! I bought this for my son but does not have access to the google play store for ANY apps!

    Had to order online because In person we got stalked by the associates. Never went in before, didn't know anyone working or in the store but got followed and constantly asked over and over if we needed any help or if we were looking for anything specific even after answering no that were just browsing and just was looking around. Constantly watched like I was gonna steal everything I touched.

    This thing is very slow. Does not easily hook up to the internet. I simply wanted to use it as a tablet to play a game or check my email. Doesnt really function well at all for that. I wanted to return it, but missed the window and I am stuck with it. Money down the drain.

      Dear Masoukishin,
      This Chromebook has two USB-C ports to connect a monitor, so you may need an adapter to use HDMI. We are not sure what you expected, but Chromebooks are different from Windows laptop products in that they are designed to be used primarily while connected to the Internet, with most applications and documents living in the cloud. Because of this they don’t have much for on board storage but they also are not expensive either. Chromebooks run off apps like an Android phone or tablet so you cannot download and install applications or .exe files. If you need to use third party software applications that must be installed on the computer, a Chromebook is likely not for you, where a Windows laptop would suit you better.

    This Chromebook didn’t connect to my printer like the salesman said it would. I even had a technician come out to help. When I tried to return the Chromebook, I was told I was 2 days outside the return window. So, I’ve got a Chromebook I can’t use the way I needed. Very dissatisfied customer.

    Save your money and time. Its too good to be true

    Just wanted 2 laptops for my school aged children to play roblox on. The app freezes and seizes up the minute its opened. Whenbthe game finally loads your moving a glitchy inch every 10 seconds or so. Upgraded my spectrum internet and there was absolutely no change. Hate youre able to get away with selling garbage to people.

    This 1 star review is not about the product but about best buy in general. If I was able to no give a star, then that would of been my choice. I will NEVER shop there again and highly suggest people shop around before going here. You can find better deals and WAY BETTER customer service somewhere else
