After 3 months of purchase the screen was disconnecting from the keyboard and the border around the screen was coming a part! I took the laptop to Best Buy and they charged me a 50.00 shipping fee to get it to the service department and 3 months later the same thing is happening again! Terrible computer!! Do NOT Buy!

It’s cheap for a reason

It’s basically a large cellphone with a keyboard. I read they work for stocks and process good. But when I Tried downloading a program for stock trading. I pretty much had to rewrite the program and still don’t work right. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra couple dollars for a real laptop with windows. Now I’m stuck with this paperweight

Quit charging/powering on after 1 month!

I even bought two different replacement charging cords and the computer is still dead. Tried hard reset, still dead. Tried four times on different days to submit a claim since it’s in warranty. Filled out everything, then when you click submit “server error” is all I get. A waste of money!!!

No backlit keyboard
