I bought this laptop for my friend to go through college. She loves it. She gets all of her assignments done & it never freezes up on her. It is a good computer for school. Light weight and easy to use.

I have learned to get my new electronics from you. I chose this one because I love to do art stuff and this has been perfect.

Bought this Chrome my 7 y-o daughter she likes it a lot. The screen size is perfect and running speed is great. A long battery, she can uses it all day out of a full battery charged. She’s using for her school works/study and internet educational searching. I’d recommend it.

On sale for slightly over 100 bucks is the sweet spot. Of course the screen quality and trackpad aren’t amazing but at this price point i cant complain!

A great laptop for the price! I use this as my second laptop, and it's perfect for traveling to conferences when you just need to check emails, or the web. You can use Google Docs for your note taking, etc. The screen isn't as sharp as my MacBook Pro but it's an unfair to compare. It even comes with a laptop sleeve!

Bought some of these for needy students at my local High School. I mean how often can you change the trajectory of a young person's life for the price of a Chromebook? Two of the kids to whom I gave Chromebooks last year are on full scholarships at college this year. Follow my lead = Get & Give!

First off I just want to say that for the people that want this and still want to be able to use word, you can. Go to the google play store and get the app. Works just like word on your regular PC. This is a great machine and I am more than happy that I decided to get a Chromebook instead of a regular laptop. This is great for school and for when I need it to do zoom. The touch pad mouse takes a little getting used to but it is adjustable in settings. Overall, this is a great value for the $$ and I would purchase another Chromebook without hesitation in the future.

I purchased this laptop for my son who just started college. Within a month, the screen went out. While it is under manufacturers warranty, we had to spend about $50 packing it up and mailing to Texas for repair.

I'm new to chromebooks. I bought this for school and to use while I shopped around for a desktop computer. It's pretty fast. I like the sleek design. It's lightweight. It has a good battery life and charges fast.

Version is lighter to carry and use than the previous model and is faster! Over a year of use and still no issues and works as it should! Mainly used for making online purchases, college coursework, and Google docs.

Easy Set-Up, Affordable, and Light-weight. I Purchased this Laptop as a Replacement for My Dell Inspiron and I Absolutely Love It. On a Full Charge the Computer Lasted about 9.5 Hours. Sound Quality is Ok. The Screen Resolution is Ok for Streaming. I would Definitely Recommend this Chromebook.

This was purchased as a Deal of the Day. The price for this was so cheap and the quality is so high! It is super fast and the set-up was easy. Also came with a nice sleeve for travel. The battery life is unreal.

This is my first Chromebook. I am surprised at the entire package: 1) price. BESTBUY was the best price anywhere. 2) support. i purchase quite a bit from BESTBUY, but they really outdid themselves on this. I got a telephone call asking if it worked ok and if i was satisfied...then every day for a week i received emails with tips on the operation. 3) value. This is actually less expensive than a tablet, has a 15 inch screen, keyboard and mouse pad. Faster than my Samsung tablet. Very happy with this purchase.

Husband loves his Chromebook, it's has a full size screen and keyboard and is great for surfing the net, reading the news, shopping on line and social media. He's retired so doesn't need much processing power or office software etc. The large screen is easy to read, and the screen hinges are very sturdy and didn't break like the last one this one replaced made by SS

This item is incredible. Quality control with keypad and mouse pad. The features are sleek and efficient. Battery life is 10/10. The speed and display are unmatched.

This is a great chromebook that is listed at an affordable price. I like everything about this laptop from the graphics, speed, interface etc. Many people will see this as a low end chromebook because it doesn't cost a thousand dollars like other models, but they work the exact same. I just want a device that work well and get the job done. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I'm also glad that Acer gave people a free Chromebook case to go along with the laptop.
