Our second Chromebook. I will continue to purchase Chromebooks. Although they can be a challenge to find certain peripherals, printers, software as the OS is not universal as of now, they do everything, other operating systems do, at a lower initial cost/substantial and do not seem to be as virus ridden.

Works great awesome laptop fast and does what I need

I love this chromebook. It is very fast and easy to use.

I never thought I wanted a 16" machine, but the deal was too good on this. It has a better than average screen, keyboard, trackpad, and sound. The speed is excellent as is having a 120 Hz refresh rate. The weight is well distributed and the bezels are small, so the machine isn't oversize at all. I love working on this machine.

Ignore the gaming branding and the RGB backlight. The fact that this has a 2k resolution high refresh rate screen makes it superb for coding and general productivity. Save yourself from the over $1000 business Chromebooks and grab this one while it's on sale.

Perfect fit for my needs. One of the few Chromebook’s with an Ethernet port. Which is almost a must for Cloud Gaming depending what your speeds are. Linux support on the device as well! Helps you install Linux applications that are not on the Chrome Store.

Very good, very powerful. too bad no touchscreen. Very good online and with apps. solid.

I bought this for school and do enjoy they quality of bulid. Sound projects well through speakers. I tried Halo Infinite, and will definitely not be playing any of my games on it. If you are buying it for PC gaming purposes… look elsewhere. Otherwise, its done its job for me.

I have used Chromebooks for years in both personal and professional capacities and have always loved them. They are quick and easy to use and set up, intuitive, and even without internet you can download and store a certain number of documents and other files so you can work on them anywhere.

A lot to like about this laptop, but also some annoyances. Note: used for productivity, not gaming. Very fast, can handle 20 open tabs with ease. Never once stuttered. The screen is ok, not great. Keyboard and trackpad are mediocre. The screen at 16" was huge, but navigating it was problematic because there was no touchscreen. Best suited for using at a desk with a mouse, not on your lap.

I love this Chromebook so much I bought a second one for work. Even if you're not a gamer, it checks all the boxes. The screen resolution and aspect ratio are perfect along with the speakers.

Ok, I had my doubts about the reviews when I bought this. I'm a believer now. This Acer 516 GE is a game streaming machine. Pair this up with a XBOX Game Pass and have a blast. Great graphics, smotth game play. It's all I could ask for.
