Plays cloud gaming on Xbox and Nvidia with no issues and love playing now on my Chromebook which is insane at 120ghz!

I recommend the product if the place you buy it will stand behind it . Overall poor service . If I could have got the issue fixed then I would give 5 stars . I guess best buy doesn’t stand behind the products they sell anymore .

This is the worst purchase I have ever made. That may sound absurd but hear me out. I got this laptop for school and well let’s just say it’s absolute trash. I can’t even use my printer with this trash, also some of the materials cannot be downloaded bc Chromebook doesn’t support it. Why would you make a laptop that doesn’t support windows but yet nothing offers support for chrome? I wasted my money and now I’m out $500. I’ll never purchase another chrome book nor would I recommend anyone else to. Also if you want this for gaming don’t waste your time. Steam isn’t supported by Google and the cloud gaming crap is exactly that. Crap. Spend your money on something better that supports windows. I plan on trying to return this.

And wifi network is also regularly forgotten. This indicates poor hardware on Acer's part. Sound quality is poor - I recommend external devices. When all is working, great performer and screen.

Decided to go with a better option for gaming console wise with a windows operating system, can’t go wrong with that.

Not well suited for Minecraft like a PC or windows

Microsoft and google do not play well together so it makes using this laptop crap for gaming with minecraft.

Stopped working after a little spill

That tells it's cheaply made, not worth it. Afraid of fixing it as it may cost another 100 bucks, dissappointed that will end up in trash.

Unfortunately with laptops that have been subjected to liquid spills, corrosion can still continue over time and cause problems with the electrical components. This means that most, if not all electrical components would need to be replaced. We consider a system a complete loss if 3 or more major components are damaged, which is typical with liquid spills.
