I’ve been using this as a work from home alternative from my personal laptop. It’s great! Runs smoothly, OS easy to use, simple, no real room to be hacked, great screen size, lovely resolution, and you can watch 4k movies///play games on it easily! High end Chromebooks are going to take over a niche of the laptop market and I’m here for it.

Great for a Chromebook. I haven’t had much time to play with it, but the keyboard doesn’t glow green and red like it shows in the picture, so that’s disappointing. Can’t download games like I thought I might be able to for playing offline while traveling. It’s quick and responsive. Other than that I can’t tell much of a difference from this and that of other laptops. I have went back to my basic Lenovo laptop that was previously.

Love my new computer! Fast,efficient,intuitive...just had to plug it in and get going. It is everything I hoped for and more. I did a lot of research before shopping and asked a lot of questions and the clerk who helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me to make "the best choice" for me!

If you have solid Internet this is one of the best options for gaming on the go or even at home. Very happy with chrome plus and gaming on gforce now. Solid performance and using 4080 gpu rig through gforce now. Cloud gaming has come a long way and still has a way to go but combining this Chromebook and gforce now shows us what is in store. Eventually going to buy a second one for my wife.

Really good deal considering the hardware. They had me at 2.5 Gbps ethernet port. 120hz 1600p screen is amazing. I'm a GeForce NOW RTX 3080 Founders member and this device runs it really well. The 120hz is really smooth. I like the backlight keyboard. I wish you could animate the key colors tho. Trackpad feels great. Ocean Glass is a really nice feeling material. I like that they included a USB-A port. I had fun installing the Linux add on and running apps. Overall great computer. 10/10 would buy again.

I'm a huge fan of chromebooks but not much of a gamer. The price point on this for the performance is incredible. 2K+ screen is the most brilliant laptop screen I've seen. Kinda glad its not a touch or convertible as I've yet to have to clean the screen. The speaker were a good surprise, decent enough for streaming tv or movies (still prefer a good headset for music). My only negative is the "Android" experience. For whatever reason using the Android streaming Apps causes a random screen flicker. This was not an issue when streaming through the browser. If I get into some gaming I'll update my review then As I mentioned, I'm a huge chromebook person. I've had several over the last decade(?). 11", 13" 1080p, 13" 2K, and now this 16" 2K+. Chromebooks have come a long way.

Product was good different than we went in for but this fits needs better however slightly dissapointed at staff members on floor who were ther to assist customers first too along time to get help then took 3 other tech help to get infomation we were looking for regarding the products we were looking at. Very unknowlegeable staff. Lap top we got overall satisfied alrhough felt we gor upsold and rnded up spending 100.00 more than my budget.

The computer what I was looking for, fast, easy to use.

I purchased this to do work online. This is a gaming computer and a chromebook plus so I had high expectations of it working for me. It has a faster processor than some and more RAM so I thought if it could handle gaming, it could handle working online. I was wrong. It repeatedly shuts down and restarts which caused me to fail a couple endeavors. I still like this laptop, but it cannot do multiple things at once (mail, plus sheets, plus a website will bring on a crash.) I expected better. I have not returned this laptop, however I did go get another Macbook Air which has worked seamlessly. Not cost effective at all. If you want this for gaming it may perform fine, or to check email and then go online… But if you are a multi-tasker this may not be for you.
