    1st time owning a chromebook and I have to say its pretty decent. I love the simplicity of Chrome OS. The specs on this model are prefect for simple everyday use like web browing, emails, YouTube, business admin tasks, streaming shows. The inly down side is thst the RAM and storage can not be upgraded. Other than that it a good pick.

    I'm only one week into this laptop but LOVE IT. I'm an online seller, web surfer, fairly light user and the set up was almost invisible....I don't remember other computer set ups being so easy! I'm an old lady but not totally computer illiterate and just like the Chrome OS for ease! It's on when I open 'er up too.I wasn't sure I'd like such a "large" screen because I truly use it on my lap but it's fine.
