This Chromebook Plus Spin laptop is wonderful. It exceeds my expectations.

I was an early adopter when Chromebook s first came out and I even sprung for the first desktop AIO (all in one) Chromebook by LG. Unfortunately I think they are getting worse, not better. There a few qualms I have with CBs specifically nowadays: - the dedicated Files app for ChromeOS does not integrate with Google photos so you can't easily upload photos when doing things like posting stuff for sale online, etc. - drag and drop for files/photos also does not seem to work well or at least not intuitively - a big selling point appears to be that the new CBs can use the Google play store to download apps however I think dedicated android and chromeOS apps would have been better....just my opinion but I consider this to be a con vs a pro now for this model specifically: - looks nice, like the rose gold hinges - display doesn't seem that great - apparently this one DID NOT come with a stylus which is pretty lame :/ - tablet mode doesn't seem to work well - mouspad/trackpad is wearing out already after less than 6 months of low moderate use - CB itself seems slow; I thought the processor and Ram would be sufficient but apparently not, which is very annoying. overall would either recommend a more powerful CB *or* would say just bypass the CBs altogether and go with windows, mac, or linux also battery life is only okay and the phone sync option doesn't work well either.

Overpriced Chromebook. Maybe the AI features which I do not use enough justifies some aspect of this chromebook. It crashed for 4 months until they issued a software update that finally fixed that. Now my arrow keys are worn out, after light/medium use for 1.5 years. What happened to affordable Chromebooks that just worked?

So far works great with what i need it for, easy to use.

This chromebook restarts unexpectedly from sleep everyday and it's very annoying. I've contacted Acer support and we've done a factory reset, hardware reset, and I had held out for an OS update (went from version 130 to 132) but still nothing seems to fix it. Now I'm out of my return window and Acer suggests I send it to them to fix it. Brand new laptop and it needs to be sent in for fixing. Terrible..

This was a great computer for my middle school aged child who needed a basic computer they could take to and from school.

So helpful and portable! Especially with all the features that support Google and AI.

This was a good device that was useful and a powerful chromebook. But there was an update in August 2026 to the chromeos. Which has basically bricked this device. There are many users in the Google Chromeos forums and have notified Acer but no fix has been released. Still 1 month+ with no stable os or beta that works with the device. Its a shame. It is also too bad the device is locked down and you cant install an alternative os to still use the device while waiting for a new stable os update can be released.

It's everything I wanted in a Chromebook. Built like a tank, fast as heck. Love it.

My only complaint is that the touchscreen seems to be resistant to my touch. I am still learning to use this computer's os as it is quite a bit different than the windows os that I am used to.
