I was not aware that this was not a computer that will run Windows software. I assumed that was what a "laptop" was. It says no where in the description that this is the case. Had to return it. I understand that this happens a lot.

Granddaughter loves it! While still learning all the options, able to draw her art. She loves it, therefore I do.

Everything wasn’t easy. App that I needed to set up printer wasn’t working from the first attempt. Cartridge with the black ink after first printed page stoped working. And troubleshooting didn’t work. I was disappointed because time when I can return it passed. It is working now. But it is not something that I expected. And ink cartridges are so fragile!

Great value for the money. My son is using this for online school and this has met all of his needs.

I Purchased this as an upgrade for an old Acer Chromebook that had lost support. It is an improvement in almost every aspect. The display, although just 180P, is large, clear and bright. It is really fast, and probably could run WIndows 10 instead. My only issue is random restarts with one specific Android puzzle app. It could just be the app , but it is bothersome that an app could cause a restart. Without the restarts, it would have 5 stars.

I bought the Spin 714 instead and love it, but the 514 would have been just fine.

This is a fast chromebook. I was looking for something to replace my old tablet. The processor is fast with hardly any lag. I got this on sale and saved $220. Good investment. Updates until June 2030.

great new features better than my old Chrome. And I don't have anything else to say about that.

My son recommended this computer so I know it's a good one. I'm more old school so having a little trouble getting used to it but convenient on the go.

I cannot type anything on this computer because it constantly switches into tablet mode which turns off the keyboard and touchpad. I bought one and it wouldn't work right from the get-go, so I returned it and ordered a replacement. The replacement worked well for an hour or two, that ever since then I cannot even type a full word before the keyboard and touchpad shut down. I will be returning it and contemplating whether to try one more of this model, because the design is very good otherwise, or just go with something more dependable. I love Chromebooks but you have to be able to type on them!
