Chromebooks are different from Windows laptop products in that they are designed to be used primarily while connected to the Internet, with most applications and documents living in the cloud. Because of this they don’t have much for on board storage but they also are not expensive either. Chromebooks run off apps like an Android phone or tablet so you cannot download and install applications or .exe files. If you need to use third party software applications that must be installed on the computer, a Chromebook is likely not for you, where a Windows laptop would suit you better. Hard to get use to Cromebook

Help is still needed as WIFi keeps being lost (other devices in house - old ones I might add - do not lose signal. Printer driver does not work.

Battery life is not super compared to other Chromebooks. Sometimes, I want to go into tablet mode and restart it to get the on-screen keyboard to go away.

Could be better, but otherwise its good.

The sound cuts out sometimes and won't come back on until you turn it off and on. Then when I'm watching Greys Anatomy on Netflix, it gets really blotchy and sometimes it wont even let me watch that specific show. Other then those problems, the computer it great.

I had issues with the power cutting off at random times and eventually it shut off completely. In that time frame (5 months) the computer depreciated so much it cost more to fix than it was worth. The computer did not receive any abnormal wear or tear to cause this issue.

First, there are no Caps Lock or Delete buttons which is really inconvenient when typing emails or other documents. Also, there was a lot of glitching when it came to bullet points and creating new paragraphs. I had to find work arounds to do what I needed. The issues were so persistent that I had to return this item.

Fully charged yet it continues to power down
