    Document handling is difficult. One cannnot open a .pdf or .docx file from a USB drive because it is not a google doc.

    Cant play games or use apps on it. It just restarts Its self what a peace of crap.

    My first Acer chromebook. So far, very impressed. Fast boot up speeds, fast internet (using T-Mobile with about 30 devices hooked up, no issues with the speed). Actually seems faster than my Windows laptop running an Intel i7 processor. Dont use tablet too much, but definitely a cool feature.

    I like that the speakers are on the keyboard, the touchscreen/tablet option hasn’t served me much yet, but I’m looking forward to finding ways to utilize it. The one thing I’ve noticed that is a negative is that when switching from a dark screen to a bright screen, the display goes through about 20 seconds of super saturation where the colors are really off and the whole screen is extra bright. I’ve never had this issue with my two previous chromebooks.

    I was happy with this computer - when it was working. The problem was that even if my wi-fi connection was good, it kept saying it couldn't connect to the gateway. I regretfully had to return it.
