Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy cut the price of this 16 days after we bought it. And they refuse to price match their own sale. Really disappointing. Will buy from a retailer with more honest policies in the future

We are sorry you gave the Chromebook a one star review because of pricing concerns. While Best Buy does offer price matching if they lower their own costs, the policy posted on their site does state "If we lower our in-store, online or app price during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price, upon request.". If you requested the price match within these guidelines, please contact Best Buy directly to make your inquiry.
