It’s good but not great. I got my gf a Samsung & this one for myself, I think I pick the wrong one. This screen is just good the sound is dissatisfying it seems always low.

When it comes to tablets and laptop crossovers, there are a few features that everyone commonly may look for: battery life, screen colors, processing speed, and the overall "look." This product not only performs well and exceeds in these areas, but it also overall performs very well for almost any function. While this product can function like a laptop, with a TKL keyboard (10 keyless), it's portability and functionality allow it to be used in any setting for any purpose - work, school, leisure. One of the first things I noticed about this product upon use was the build quality. Acer did not skimp out on using quality material for this product, and it can be "felt" immediately. Upon using this product, the screen quality, which is an IPS panel and touchscreen, and size of the screen is well suited for most purposes - browsing, watching entertainment, reading, video chatting, and simple work-related tasks. The device itself can be "flipped" into a tablet, as the screen can be spun completely around, which is great for viewing or reading. Set-up was very easy and straightforward, and if you're an Android consumer, it is very easy to link your device to this, and I feel that even those that are not "tech savvy" would not have much trouble using this device. Additionally, the battery life on this product is amazing for such a small device, and it also charges relatively quickly. I will note that if you're not familiar with the Chrome OS operating system, it may take a little time to get used to it. But, it wouldn't take much effort if you feel you can comfortably function with a smartphone of any kind. If there are any "cons" about this product, and this would be a stretch, it would be that some of my phone apps aren't compatible with this device due to the processor of this product. Primarily, this issue arose with some games I play on my phone. I do wish that the keyboard was slight bigger to fully maximize space of the device, but it is a standard size keyboard for a laptop of this size. For an "every day" person or student looking for a Chromebook, it doesn't get much better, if any, than this! Great job, Acer!

Nice chrome purchased for my wife. Only drawback I find is opening it, somewhat difficult my larger fingers. Wife and daughter don’t seem to have a problem

Solid Chromebooks for the price. Doesn't do anything great but does a lot of things well. This Display is good but great.

Extremely satisfied with this chrome book. Its does everything my old laptop does and better. Great screen - battery life is amazing and the ease of use. Also Linux runs easily with no problems

Great laptop for the price! Couldve used a little bit more storage space. But i just got a sd card for it. Got it as a gift for my girlfriend for her schooling and she loves it!

Bought 2 - only opened one and love it so far (other is a gift). Wish it was a tad bit faster (slow startup).

A very decent, low end Laptop. Bought for my wife who needs a laptop for nothing more than playing games on Pogo, asking Google questions, and reading an occasional email. Perfect! And backlit for this money!

I am a huge fan of the Chrome ecosystem. I went full-on Chrome about 5 years ago. I use only Chrome devices in my home and work. I do not own any Windows or Mac devices. I spearheaded an effort to roll out over 500 Chrome devices in my company. In short, I am a believer. With all that said, the Acer Spin 514 is the worst Chrome device I have ever used. It crashes and restarts at least once a day, every day. It does not move smoothly between wired and wireless usage. It sometimes will not wake up out of sleep mode. It has been an absolute disappointment and I would strongly encourage anyone considering this device to look elsewhere. Chrome = yes; Acer Spin 514 = run away.

okay for my needs can't figure out if it has a camera yet comes on quickly could use more features for the money

This was my second Acer computer purchase. I went with the Acer brand again because the first computer worked so well.

This is a very good quality computer for the price. We bought a lenovo chromebook that didn't last a year. This one is much sturdier and better made. very nice!

Weve only had this for a few weeks, but very good so far. Its easy to set up and nice operating speeds.
