Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got about the same model from BestBuy: CP713-2W-5874 - "Acer - Chromebook Spin 713 2-in-1 13.5" 2K VertiView 3:2 Touch - Intel i5-10210U - 8GB Memory - 128GB SSD" The first time it stopped charging - I reset my personal data, purchased a box, bubble wrap, went to USPS, and mailed it to Texas for the warranty service. Got it back about two weeks later and was happy for several months. Then it revealed a new problem - it no longer was turning on. This time I had no option to remove my personal data. Again, I purchased a box, bubble wrap, went to USPS, and mailed it to Texas for the warranty service. A great laptop if you love mailing laptops with your personal data to Texas.

I researched solutioons and found out INNUMERABLE other Acer 713 owners also had their chromebooks quit charging with NO SOLUTIONS and you are just screwed. Acer will not fix or give you your money back. Do NOT buy this as 1000s of us us lost big money on it. You go to Acer community and it is replete with people who have lost their money on Acer 713.
