Awesome little Chromebook with a sharp 3:2 screen. Recommended buy if you are looking for a Chromebook.

Purchased this for parents and it is so much easier for them to, navigate and search the web.

This was my first experience with Chrome based Computer. I bought it for my Brother who has never had Internet in his home. There were a few items that were not as familiar to me, basically the lack of a mouse and the ill defined actions of tapping or clicking the finger board. All in all though I'm satisfied with the features of this Chromebook. My Brother will use it mostly for surfing and e-mail which were very accessible and performed well.

This Chromebook is fantastic looking. Great build quality, screen is high resolution and very bright. I love the keyboard and the fact that it can double as a tablet. However, my copy of the device has a fatal flaw: a jello trackpad. It's egregious. The cursor overshoots and sometimes doesn't even detect touch. People online have faced a similar problem with this model as well. Even with external mice, it seems like the cursor has a mind of its own and never goes where you want it, making using this computer as a laptop a nightmare. I'm going to try and get a different copy and update my review then, but in the meantime, this is pretty unusable.

So far I really like this chromebook, only complaint would be the speakers are not all that good.

It's like a really big phone with a keyboard. It is easy to learn and does what I need it to.

Small and quick which is what I was looking for. Adjusting to everything Google on this laptop.

The laptop is very lightweight, like 3lbs or less but feels much lighter. The major flaw to me is the size of the keyboard is a bit on the smallish size while the trackpad is given too much real estate. The speakers are too weak and located on the bottom so sound output varies on the surface you might have device on. But really the quality and sturdiness more than make up for that. Upon receiving the item for unbiased review, I accidentally banged the side of the closed Chromebook into my door edge, absolutely no damage from that forceful bang, the screen is very sturdy as well. The screen is easy on the eye for fatigue, the colors are brilliant and really pop. Eye strain is non existent as I indicated earlier. The keyboard is small but pretty functional and nice key feedback. The white lettering is hard to discern in low light conditions though. The SSD is superb and not filled with any excess software bloat ware. The startup time is pretty non existent and pleasure to use. Wifi connection is rock solid and good even out in my backyard at ranges of about 40-60 feet from router with no repeater. This wifi is great to use for office work from my home as it is for my kids to use for zoom school sessions. I really love the backlight for late night evening work sessions without disturbing the family with excess room lighting. The screen clarity is great for work and for movie watching. The weight is fantastic. The battery life is in excess of 10 hours. The recharge time with the included charger using the usb c port is only 3-4 hours to full charge. Wonderful ports in having standard USB port along with two usb c ports and hdmi port. This is a keeper both for general home use, at home office use and kids educational use.

Great little chrome book just overpriced. Did enjoy it though.

The best Chromebook available....the speakers were just terrible

I upgraded a four year old chromebook and Wow what a difference. This thing is fast.
