    Strong build, hard worker. No matter how many reviews talk about how good the speakers are, after you use auxiliary speakers, or headphones, the normal speakers will just sound tinny. The built in stylus is great to have! After three 3 weeks of use, I finally heard the fan running and it is whisper quiet. The fact that Best Buy had this for $250 off was all the push I needed to buy this! It really is the best Chromebook of 2022!

    It is working well. Was a present for my wife. A little learning curve over a windows based laptop that we have had in the past. Too early to tell if we get what we hope for which is 5 years plus of reliability without brealkdown.

    Bluetooth broken, out of return window

    Upgraded from the spin 713 and I am very disappointed. The device turns off Bluetooth every time I open the lid essentially disabling smart unlock. Now when bluetooth is turned by closing and reopening the lid I have to forget and re-pair bluetooth devices to get them to work. It is not prompting me to update automatically like my old chromebook. Bad speaker cracking when switching windows. There is a 30% chance the stylus will be recognized when i want to use it. I really wish I could like this model since the speakers are a nice upgrade. I am 10 days out of my 15 day window and I feel trapped. I have purchased a new chromebook from best buy every year but this will be my last.

    The screen freezes and glitches. Words would be overlapped and after using the pen and unfold the laptop it frezzes.
