This was an easy swap out and the 21" screen is sharper, brighter and the viewing format is better for our uses than the old monitor. Couldn't pass it up at the price either!

Returned it to Best Buy for a refund. Additionally, it is built very cheaply. Need to turn it on and adjust it with mini joystick in back of monitor. Find a better monitor. This one is not worth it.
