I have never purchased an Acer product but decided to try since my employer uses their LCD monitors for all of our departments. I received it undamaged and upon setup, the pixels and color lines were all over the monitor screen. I then contacted Acer Customer Support Chat and was not impressed! No help whatsoever and told me that I had to send a "brand new" monitor to their Repair Center and confirmed was within warranty. Upon receipt, I was notified the monitor had a "Cracker LCD Monitor" and was NOT covered under product warranty due to damage. Needless to say, I was not paying $69.99 for a damaged monitor which was the cost of the purchase price. I asked them to reject the repair estimate and would now purchase another reliable, dependable HP monitor. I will NEVER again purchase another Acer product.

Returned it to Best Buy for a refund. Additionally, it is built very cheaply. Need to turn it on and adjust it with mini joystick in back of monitor. Find a better monitor. This one is not worth it.
