This is the family's second one. Its plenty good for the kids games, reading, IM. They use it for pics and vids as well. Good choice for the money.

My husband went in and talked to an agent telling her he wanted a tablet to take the place of his phone. After trying for 2 days how to connect it to a phone number he took it to a store only to find that it does not have that capability. Oh well, back to the regular phone. He needs access for work and to be able to see the information on the screen easily. This was going to be a fix it solution. I only recommend that the Best Buy associates learn what the products can and can't do or call somebody that does know before recommending something to a client.

Hoping I get complete satisfaction. Is a gift, but intend on keeping in touch with the product, and am expecting complete satisfaction.

pURCHASED FOR MY FATHER WHO DDOES NOT HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH COMPUTERS, ETC. AND HE WAS ABLE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO OPERATE EASILY

So far this tablet has held up to my pre teen clumsy grip. This is his 4th and its lasted the longest, the operating system Is good

The irony of getting this email from BestBuy is uncanny since I just got off the phone with Acer. I contacted Acer Customer Sevice after we found our tablet would not power on or charge. We will now ship back to Acer for warranty repair. Reciews online show this is a common issue. When I purchased this product I trusted the sales persons insight when they said Acer was a quality company with little to no problems. However it appears that consumers who purchase Acer tablets more often than not have problems charging their devices.

It's an nice tablet. Does what it's supposed to do. Only downside so far is less than desirable picture and video quality.

Had it for a week before it, as the Best Buy rep said, "Bricked itself." During that week I had battery charging issues. The screen was nice to look at and it was pretty speedy without much lag, but the end result isn't enough to give it more than a 1-star rating. Returned it and got something much better...Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro.

I love everything about this tablet. From the vibrant colors to the multitude of applications. I take it everywhere and it keeps me informed and in touch with everyone/everything that matters to me.

I actually thought that this would be easier for my dad to use instead of getting him an IPad but that's not the case. I'm still struggling to get it set up.

This is my first tablet. I find it easy to use, just like my smartphone. Great on-board memory storage. Great memory expansion via micro SD card.

My daughter is loving her new tablet, great options for hours of entertainment (especially while traveling). Peace of mind with the warranty as well!
