not so happy

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first monitor that we bought failed in two days - we promptly gathered all of the return information and receipts to return it to the store - the sales associate was less than pleasant; even though there were other sales associates around we had to go and pick out a new monitor

Similar looking models, not similar features

This one does not the screen itself looks great. It’s very responsive very fast, but I was looking for this monitor with speakers so that I wasn’t stuck using headphones on my computer or gaming system that I have hooked up to it be mindful not all monitors have speakers and I just missed that this one did not. Lower rating mostly advice because I was frustrated. I wasted the time.

Dead pixel

Damaged acer.

NO HEADPHONE JACK

Not all monitors have built-in speakers and audio output capabilities. While some monitors do include speakers or audio output ports, a significant portion of monitors, especially those designed for specific purposes like gaming or professional use, do not. If this monitor is not meeting your requirements please contact Best Buy for any return/swap options so you can get the monitor with the specifications you want.

Failed After 4 Months

Not worth it

In checking the specifications of this monitor on the Best Buy product page and also on Acer's product page. These sites do not show this monitor has a headphone jack. We are not sure where you saw this information but if the monitor does not meet your needs please contact Best Buy for your return/swap options. They will be best able to help you with your order.
