dead pixel problems

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decently sized monitor, easy to set up, and an over all good quality for the price, my main issue is how Acer is ok releasing screens with dead/faulty pixels, as the monitor i purchased has faulty pixels near the center of the screen which make them hard to ignore and Acer's warranty won't cover it since it is too few pixels. and since I discovered the issue past the return date my options for a replacement or fix are a lot more limited.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this on Best Buy website specifically because it had a 2 day delivery and my son needed it for college. With conflicting messages from the Order Status vs. the tracking, i had no idea what the status was. Chat support was useless, and eventually they put in a priority request. A few days later i get a message that the order was cancelled with no prior communication giving me the heads up. Very disappointed in the Best Buy buying experience. This frustrating experience took a little over a week.
