Greeat Product, Great Sales Rep

Then when I went the sales rep asked me a few question and then guided me to a much better set that matched my needs for roughly the same price. The sales rep, Andrew, was very helpful and gave me lots of good information in the process of selecting the best headphones. I am blown away by the quality and deeply appreciative of Andrew as he has helped me before and always done right by me.

I added a 1TB HDD with the included connector, and added another 8 GB of RAM with no trouble. Very happy with this computer, is fast and handles graphics great. I'm working towards a IT degree online, so I use a lot of different programs at once and it handles everything well. I'm not a heavy gamer, so not sure how it would hold up for that. The bezel on the corners is weird... Kind of sharp? Seems a weird design , but doesn't take away from the laptop itself.
