Good value basic notebook

The only problem I have had was connecting this notebook to a Sony HD TV resulted in a goofy sized picture that has been difficult to make fit properly despite updates to the software and using the NVIDIA GeForce software to tweak the settings beyond the Windows settings.

Perfect entry level or budget gaming pc

Runs Fortnite, sims 4 and more without issue and faster load times and framerate than console. And i finally got my xbox back! Plus she uses it for remote learning with school.

Nice Laptop

It has everything I have been looking for and even a few extra features, like the lighted keyboard. I really enjoy that. The picture is amazing when watching a movie or playing a game. I am extremely pleased with this product, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new laptop at a great price.

Great laptop for a student

I went with this model because it was the least expensive unit with a GTX16xx that I could find anywhere. The hard drive is small but it has an expansion slot. For Google Classroom, Fortnite and Roblox it’s perfect. Build quality is a little flimsy but I expected that at the price point.

Good computer, poor store performance

I docked the product a star not because of the specific product itself, but how Best Buy continues to advertise products both on-line and in-store through displays and offers that they do not actually have available for sale.
