Bought this for my dad and he loves it. I dont know if its solid for gaming but it flys for everything he needs.

Got this for my new gamer he’s 10 and loved this laptop and it was affordable and had all the bells and whistles

I have only had this computer for a few weeks and haven't used a lot of the features yet. The only thing I don't like are the Window tiles, I prefer a standard desktop view. I don't game, just email, web browsing and online classes and the picture is great and I really like the keyboard back-lighting.

Haven't had issues at all since swapping over from the AMD GPU (which gave me issues trying to update the driver, then started giving me random black screens on bootup -- both of which happened in the first 10 days of ownership -- so I traded it in for the nvidia one). I feel I could use more memory but that can be fixed later when I really feel the crunch. Definitely see why it's been on multiple "best budget gaming laptop" lists on the internet.

Does all that I wanted for a gaming laptop. Has a nice red back light keyboard. I would definitely recommend it.

This gaming computer was for my son but seems like the whole family takes advantage of the speed and power!

This is my third laptop now and I’ve got to say it works amazingly fast and is great, a lil big but it’s ok

I bought this because I need to store my music and photos and my old Acer gave out after 8 years. Since my old one did so well I followed the advice of the salesperson and replaced it with this new Acer. Got Geek service as well and they moved everything over seamlessly. I also want to try watching movies through this on my TV, just have to hook it up. I was told this would be easy so will give it a try. I'm not real computer savvy but so far so good.

The model I got came with the i5, 8GB of RAM, GTX 1050 (non Ti), and a 1TB HDD. Let me start off by saying the biggest let down of this laptop had to be the hard drive! It’s so slow! And this newer laptop feels like an older one thanx to the mechanical hard drive. A 128GB SSD would of been a good add on to this laptop. My other complain is how slippery this laptop is when I tried to put it into my backpack it almost slipped out of my hand! With that being said so far I’ve enjoyed this laptop very much! I’ve been playing a few games on it all AAA tittle games. I would spend a lil extra and go with the TI model if you wanna get those higher frames. 8GB of RAM is enough but I say 16GB is what you wanna get for gaming and if you use google chrome since that eats up RAM. The first thing I am going to upgrade is the HDD to a SSD. The screen is great! 1080p 60hz IPS panel is great for gaming BUT I feel it doesn’t get bright enough. Pros: 1080p 60hz IPS screen Trackpad works great Keyboard (meh) Cons: Hard drive Slippery Doesn’t get bright enough

It’s a beginner laptop with decent specs that could run the new games for a good amount of frames

My daughter is so happy with it And she uses not only for games but in her paperwork’s in college

My son absolutely loves it! He can run all of his programs and games plus all of his school projects too.

For the cost the performace is really good. Screen is good quality and decent boot and program load times.

Computer excelent for work. Good processing speed and graphics card. Appropriate storage for daily work.
