My daughter purchased this laptop for her Interior Design program so that AutoCad and other Software would run smoothly, but it keeps shutting off with a blank screen. Also purchased Webroot security, which we had to take off because it slowed down the computer so badly! Have only had the computer since June 2018.

Returned to store, got replacement in 5 days. Again, put fortnite on and again HD crashed. For a gaming computer, I would expect to be able to load the most played game in the planet without issue...apparently not
