This has been a very good and reliable laptop. I've played older games and newer games without any issue at reasonable settings. Definitely worth the price.

Bought this laptop to stream live church services. The laptop handles that task with ease. Still not a huge fan of the Microsoft OS after being strictly using Apple’s OS but that’s not the Acer’s fault.

I would definitely recommend this gaming laptop! Its easy to use, easy to download games you want. Its lightweight, easy to carry around and long battery life.

First thing that impressed was how Quick the computer started up. The next thing was the battery life. I could in most case get through a day off a charge. Not continued usage but mix between some gaming, going through emails and various other task, that was between 5-7 hrs. of on and off usage. I do not do vary intense gaming, but some games I played on my old computer, was very smooth and did not hang up . I also like the lighted keyboard since I do some computing in very low light conditions. My very first computer was an Acer many years ago and very pleased with this Acer.

bought it to play sims 4. Runs fast and I have no issues.

This laptop is overall way better than my old laptop, which was getting a bit old. Great reactivity, and good speeds. Only thing I would improve is downloading time. But not bad for the price!

* You can play most games at very high 1080p at 45-60 FPS and all games at a minimum of 45 fps (RD2, God of War, and other AAA games as of 2021). Games older than 2017 will work great.The cloud streaming of the game path is perfect. * When using in the office, you can connect to a 144hz 4k monitor without lag * Very fast, can handle multitasking well * Moderately light, with all the USB connections you need. * Handles CAD/SolidWorks, Photoshop, and rendering of small assemblies of up to 40 parts well.Perfect for student use. * The display is good, but not vivid or colorful. - Edit the power settings without battery failure (2.5 hours).Edit the lookup power plan.Using this method, you can extend it up to 6 hours. -The camera is rough but usable.The microphone sounds to other listeners like the phone's speaker mode, so it's easy to use, but not very good. - Disassembly to upgrade HDD and RAM takes a lot of hassle, including many small screws, funny snap mounts. -Low HDD capacity means that you will run out of free space if you do not upgrade it immediately.

Quick and clear picture. Well worth the money. Graphics are good with the game I like to play. Was happy to find something that could keep up with my game of choice.

It's quite a neat laptop for most regular functions as well it's a good laptop to game for most games even at high settings.

I had upgraded my toshiba to windows 10 and it was too slow. Bought the Acer as a replacement and was not disappointed! Boots, preforms, and shuts down very fast!

This laptop has had no issues Since I purchased it a month ago. It’s very fast with the Voodoo video card! It’s a great laptop and a great value.

Purchased this laptop for my 12 year old son for Christmas. So far he loves it, he manly uses it to play fornite and some other games. Very easy to set up.

Purchased this for work, I own a trucking company and use this for load search/dispatch....laptop has served its purpose so far

I am a software programmer and gamer. This laptop handles all of my business needs as well as gaming. Excellent price point as well. Highly recommended.

I may be a bit biased from the "age" of my previous computer system, but this laptop is so very fast. Especially with the SSD. If you get the chance, get it.

This is overall a good entry level gaming laptop. The GTX 1050 is still good enough to play most gaming at low or medium settings, and the core i5 is a good enough processor for what it is. The battery is pretty standard for gaming laptops. This model is not as easily upgraded as past models as it is slightly harder to get into if you want to add a stick of ram or upgrade the storage. Another issue I had was the keyboard. The backlighting on the keyboard defaults to turning off after 30 seconds of no activity on the keyboard. This can be changed to have the backlighting always on in the nitrosense settings, but it was originally hard to find.

Great laptop for some light gaming. Great for college. Only drawback I noticed was some slight light bleed, but nothing out of the ordinary for most laptops.

Have had it for 2 years now great laptop runs games and streaming very well just want to upgrade ram now

I’m not a gamer but occasionally like to play sims. Bought it just for that. But it works great for me and I’ve never had a problem
