    Very Poor Acer Support

    I was having random bluescreens & shutdowns. I sent the laptop to Acer. They said that it had shipping damage and I need to pay $165.00 to fix it. I paid. I got my laptop back and from what I see now I think I have an Australia/New Zealand English keyboard. when I type @ I get ". When I type # I get some other weird character and so on. Who ever repaired my laptop did not bother to check it. Now I have to ship it again because of poor tech support and poor quality control.

    Bought it two days ago and constantly freezes making the screen go completely black. You have to jam a paper clip in this tiny hole in the back and hold the power. Totally stopped all the downloads i had going for hours!

    Do not buy this piece of garbage

    Less than 2 days and it will not boot and Acer support wanted me to remove everything and start over. No way. Avoid this cheap poor excuse for a computer at all costs.
