Just bought and it is already broken

I bought this laptop early this year as a way to game on it without buying something expensive. The first issue I ran into with it the first day out of the box was the audio. I plugged in my headphones into the headphone jack and no one could pick up on my mic, not even with it unplugged. I had to use bluetooth headphones and at least that worked. The second issue is there was a point where it wouldn't even start up and I had to spend an hour trying to get it off the blue screen of death. I put it aside for a month and finally get back to it again. Plugged in the charger, no light. I tried looking up solutions and they all said to try and find the paper clip sized battery reset hole that doesn't even exist on this type of laptop. Held down the power button for as long as I can and still no dice so I guess it has finally kicked the bucket after a short run. If I were you I would really skip out on this laptop. While it is good on a budget it will only be there for a hot minute before it dies on you. The many problems this laptop comes with is not worth it. The only good thing about it was that the display was amazing, but other than that I stress you find a better option.
