So far this computer has worked great and is just what we needed. My son is using it for games and also for school. No real issues yet on performance so it was a good buy.

We bought one last year, and our boys shared it, and this one has some updates, and will ve great so they both have their own - it's been solid since we got the first one last year.

I really like the computer its fast ads good graphics and I haven't had any issues with it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I would like to be able keep the backlit keys on longer

Purchased this gaming laptop and it wouldn’t cut on. Took back and purchased a gaming desktop. Glad it worked out this way because it didn’t support VR like the desktop does.

The i5 + 1650 mean that this laptop will handle esports titles well. It's also got a nice screen as well. The only cons are that it's plastic gets smudged easily.

My son is pleased with the laptop that we received and I'm happy it came on time so thank you Best buy for everything for getting my son ready for college

Everything was ok except that this computer didn't come with a sleeve to put the computer in my first one came with it. That part I didn't have so know it is going to get dusty.

The laptop is great even though Microsoft is still trying to figure out the “audio bug” the laptop is great! - Customer service at Best Buy in Davie horrible experience sadly.

My son had been using this for a couple of months and quality is excellent. He’s very particular and so far no complaints!

Great gaming laptop for an exceptional value. Starts up quickly and runs quietly. Purchased as a gaming laptop but also works great for video editing and media work.

If you are looking for a decent gaming and school. This will be it. This has great graphics cards and decent cpu. For storage, you might want to upgrade it to 500 gb or 1 tb.

I've really been enjoying the ability to play all of my games at a higher graphical setting without having to worry about it lagging like crazy or crashing.

So far I love this laptop, I have no issues playing the games I want while streaming. Great purchase. I still think the keyboard should be RGB though.

So laptop was not in stock at my local store so I traveled to get this thing for my son b day gift . I looked in line Sunday it was 599.00 . So I go Monday to the store because my child was in school . Sales person that waited on me was super nice and informative about the produce I want to say but the price was one day later 699.00 . So I explained I just saw it on there the night before well he said pretty much sorry but it is now 699.00 . Prob my last purchase because of this price issue .

I enjoy this small but very useful item. It's handy too! I can bring it anywhere and enjoy the touchscreen feature.

Love this laptop.. It suites my meeds perfectly.. Although another m2 slot would be great to add another ssd.. Instead of a hdd but it still works
