Although I mainly bought is as a TV substitute, I can truly say that the sound and picture quality is pretty good for the price. I was also taken aback when I discovered the capacity for space that it has. I added an SSD of 1TB, and 2 mv me sticks of 1TB each, of which I can direct what I install to either memory compartment. Great for the price!

Awesome laptop!

I am a gamer and this laptop is so fast I can have my game open and multiple screens open and switch back a forth and the pages load fast. There is no lag in my game and I love the back light color on the keyboard. Definitely recommend!!!

Acer - Nitro 5 Laptop

Not only very good video quality for her zoom meetings, but excellent functionality. The biggest plus was she could use the laptop for school, as well as for her favorite video games.

Great all around laptop!

I also use it for video editing for my Gopro vids, and I use it for audio recording (using an external audio device) for my guitar and bass. I also use this for my day to day office work, internet surfing, youtube watching etc... It's been a great machine for ALL of those things. My ONLY complaint is the size of the SSD, but Acer gives you an M.2 and a 2.5 bay for SSD expansion, so the "small C: drive" can be easily remedied.

Great laptop not just for gaming

I have a built gaming pc and she uses this laptop and can play all the games I have from battlefield, Minecraft, and GTA 5. The graphic card makes it easy for her to do digital drawing as well. Great multipurpose laptop for someone who wants a reliable capable laptop with some extra power.
