I’m not sure if it’s automatically enabled, but I think it’s just misinformation on Best Buy’s part. I spoke to them on chat, and they assured me it has FreeSync Premium, but there’s no way to confirm since the menu doesn’t offer the option to enable or disable it. I returned it and bought a 34-inch model, but that one also doesn’t have the option to turn FreeSync Premium on or off. I didn’t want to keep going back and forth with returns and exchanges, as it’s too much of a hassle, especially with the nearest Best Buy being 45 minutes from my house.

Keep in min that this is VA display, unless you look straight at it you’ll notice the color distortion.

Also, the colors appear to be washed out and hard to adjust. I had to use the software that came with my graphics card to make the colors better.
