Works great!! No problems with this item. Customer service at Best Buy was great! Exchanged an Asus computer for this one. Asus kept needing to be sent off, the Acer is working perfectly! A great work horse.

The service was excellent and very efficient. I originally went to buy a different laptop, but the person who assisted me showed me this one. After explaining its features, I decided to purchase this laptop instead of the one I had initially in mind.

This being the second laptop I've ever owned I have to say that I'm incredibly happy with my decision to go with this Acer. The OLED is BEAUTIFUL and I'm able to play games like FFXIV, Dead By Daylight and even the Elderscrolls series with max graphics and no issues.

Exelent performance all around. The only downgrade I have it would be on battery life. It can look very discrete if you desire so; RGB settings could improve with software updates. For performance, this thing is a champ!

Fast? Yes. Almost maxed graphics ? Yes. Amazing OLED screen? Yes. This laptop for $1600 is amazing, I’ve played RE9 almost maxed out with path tracing on, no issues at all. The only downside is the finger prints, it’s like you touched greasy chicken and smeared it all over. Wash your hands every time before you use this thing.

Absolute beast, love this for gaming or office work/music production. The AI image generation hasn’t worked for me but everything else is perfect.

Amazing laptop for the price. 5070ti delivers. Only upgrade needed is the ssd. The only thing I dislike is the speakers. But other than that the laptop is amazing and I love the backlight on the cover. This is by far my favorite laptop I’ve owned.

Performs very well and I don't think that you're going to find a laptop with similiar specs for less money, similar are priced in $2,500 - $2,900 range. Resident Evil Requiem looks and plays great on built in didplay as well as external. Path tracing is amazing. 10/10 no regrets purchasing this.
