This laptop has been heaven send. The purchase, the team and the help given in the process was excellent. It does everything I need it to, both play and work.

Great value for what you get. I did need to tweak some NVidia settings to get Classic WoW to work normally, but the rest of the newer games run perfect, including GTA V, Arc Raiders, and Where Winds Meet. My only issue is currently there is a slight tear of pixels on the top of the screen and the left side, but I am going to try and submit a warranty claim. I will update to 5 stars if this is resolved.

Excellent equipment, great value for money. It's relatively noisy, but the quality is very good. I'm from Brazil, I bought it on a trip, and the price was much better than buying it in my country.

This has a God tier display, can run my video editing software good enough. But dang. That display is beautiful. Will never ever buy something that isnt OLED

This laptop is quite disappointing in its performance. The battery life is only about 1.5 hours, it’s very slow and the sound quality is poor. I missed the return window because of the holidays and believe 15 days to be to short.

This is a great gaming laptop, the Acer Helios is my first laptop I have ever got and it’s the best device I’ve bought

We had come in for a different brand but this model had more GB than the one we were going to purchase. We are happy with our purchase. We are using it to edit pictures and videos.

It was good. The only thing i don't like is the heating.

This is great on paper. Specs are amazing for the price. However, the fact that the screen is locked to 240hz and there's no option to lower it whether on or off charger really affected my opinion on this laptop. Unnecessary battery drain that could be avoided with a feature that nearly every other gaming laptop has in the modern era. Another problem was the temperatures this thing would reach. I don't know if mine was faulty but it was reaching 90C playing a ten year old game that required 2GB of VRAM to run... that should not happen.. Also, it was reaching 70C simply idling while charging. Yes, it was on my lap, but these numbers are still absurd for what the laptop was doing. Also, the OLED looks great in gaming, but when it came to reading text, there was so much text fringing that I genuinely could not read text without getting a headache. This is probably just a me problem, but I feel it's worth noting. All in all, I returned this laptop. It simply was not what i was looking for and I was glad to sacrifice some of this machines hardware power for something else that met my needs/wants in the same price range.

Amazing product for the leice, great graphics and very strong system. My inky compliant is that it heats up suoer fast, however get a cooling pad and you’ll be good. Highly recommend
