Amazing laptop for the price!!!! Only downside is the screen refresh rate not being able to change it.

After 2 months of use, I can say I made a good decision. The laptop is of a very good quality, and feels premuim. The good: -Very good performance when it comes to gaming. -Amazing responsive Screen. -High quality build. -Predator sense is good, I can control temps easily. -Light and easy to carry. -Great keyboard, and plenty of ports. The bad: -Disappointing battery life. Worse than my 6years old Predator!! On Youtube, you wont get 2 hours! Seriously Acer, fix the 240hz screen issue. -Sound is good but very low. Again worse than my older laptop! As a gamer/writer, the laptop is doing the job for me. The screen is unreal! The laptop is really capable. If they fix the battery issue by allowing us to lower the screen refresh rate, I would say its a 5 star choice.

It does EVERYTHING I need and more every day. I can play like a pro with this laptop that goes everywhere with me.

It’s a great computer. The only things I would comment negatively on is the built in speakers, they don’t have the greatest quality that I feel a computer for this price should have. The fans can be a bit loud, but that’s typical for gaming computers. The screen is beautiful!

Purchased this after being a long time PlayStation user. Love my PS5 but needed a more reliable gaming option that I could travel with. This easily replaced all my other consoles. Wish I wouldve switch to a gaming laptop soon if I’m honest.

Excellent performance. Purchased for teenager and they play all kinds of games and appreciate the speed.

Absolute bang for buck, only issue is that you cannot lower down the refresh rate on this computer and the battery life sucks so e reviews say it can only last you for 3 hrs max but for me it only last 2 at the very best conditions still really good though

Fast, great screen, stays cool. Works perfectly for complex music production. Will also be doing video production. The Nvidi card should be great for that.

Not a great laptop and I'll explain why. What is good: - System specs and pricepoint - 240HZ OLED screen is absolutely stunning - I liked the laptop design and shell. The bad - Internal software. Specifically drivers and the Intel processor I had this laptop for 2 weeks. Certain games (Elden Ring) and programs (adobe premier pro) were completely unusable. I tried everything, including a hard drive wipe and reinstallation of windows before I returned this laptop thinking it was a defectove unit. I tried the same model and had the exact same issues. After some deep reddit searching and trying acer support, I learned that acer is notorious for not updating drivers. Many people have the same issue I had, and all Acer will tell you is that the fault lies with adobe and the software I'm trying to use isn't compatible with the core ultra series processor. That simply isnt true. The fault lies with acer, they have not updated their bios (as of 12/05/25). I received a notification from intel software (using their intel monitoring software for the processor) stating my bios was not up to date for the processor and to contact the hardware manufacturer about updating the bios. I returned this laptop for the Asus G14 and have zero regrets. The pricepoint is great, the specs and screen are awesome. But know some programs and games may not work and there is nothing you can do as you wont receive any support. Before you buy, check Acers support page for this laptop to ensure the bios was updated after 12/05/25 and ensure the core ultra chipset specifically has an update.

It meets all my expectations, I don't heavily game on here but when I do it's smooth and crisp, it handles what I use it for very well and the price is well with what the laptop comes with, I'd definitely recommend a laptop cooler to minimize the fan workload but definitely worth it

This laptop works very well for both gaming and daily tasks. The screen quality is bright and sharp, the performance is fast, and the design feels premium. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase.

So far, I have enjoyed using this computer. I bought it because I was looking for a better graphics card, and this one was reasonable. I was looking for the RTX 5070, but found out 5070i was even better. I am not much of a gamer, but I use video editing software such as Davinci Resolve to process large 4K and 8K files. I am pleased with the performance and the price.

Excellent value especially at the sales price. Nothing comes close to the spec for the money you spend. This laptop isn’t “fancy”, or even “sleek”. It’s a throwback to big beastly gaming laptops, with a focus on retaining some semblance of thin-ness. I am using this as a dev workstation, so it’s now running Ubuntu. If you go this route, there will be challenges, for example I still can’t change the rgb for the keyboard. Obviously not the laptops fault, everything is flawless in the default windows install. I am running LLM’s up to ~14b at ~45 t/s, and creating agents using much lighter models to perform simple tasks. Those run in the hundreds of t/s.

I bought this for a gaming computer, I installed all updates as instructed, including Assassins Creed Valhalla, I started playing the game and it started running very HOT. The area above the F-key row got so hot it would have burned my fingers if I hadn't jerked my hand away. I contacted support and the tech had me uninstall the Graphics Driver. that helped a lot but even on my simpler games the fans have to run very high rpms and is noisy and hot air blows out of it which makes for a good heater if you need that. I can't play my games at max settings, I have to use medium settings.

Slim , portable, amazing OLED screen. I love this laptop

The laptop runs my games perfectly!! My sales person, Cody, did an amazing job on recognising my needs for a quality but not top shelf laptop. He searched for a couple minutes to find the correct laptop as a few had the same SKU but not the same specs. This laptop runs Doom The Dark Ages no problems. Diablo 4 looks even better than it did on my Windows 10 PC. Only downfall, which comes with any store bought PC, is all the extra crap the MFG puts on. Acer software, demo software of McAffee. I'd rather have that stripped off and let me do what I want...
