Also very concerned with how hot it runs (90-100 F), but support says that is normal. I wish I had confidence in this purchase, but unfortunately I do not. Trying to see what support can do before I return it because I am afraid this will not last

The predatorsense software doesnt work when it comes to updating. I went to manually update things and the website doesnt explain anything at all. It still doesnt update. Lastly, this is not 165hz its 240hz. Which should be good right?? Wrong, the screennis locked at 240hz. I tried absolutely everything. Ddu gpu drivers. Fresh insall. And went through all the recommended steps with Acer support. Nothing works. A laptop needs to be at a lower refresh rate when unplugged. It eats through battery life crazy fast at 240hz. Will be returning this.
