Its a nice laptop, graphics is good but one thing i hate is it heat up so fast.

All the fan noise comments are irrelevant. It’s a gaming PC it’s going to have fan noise when you’re gaming with these specs. It’s not obnoxious by any means. Great product, I will say it takes some time getting used to the 240hz, my wife actually got motion sickness the first time gaming on it.

I bought this for a gaming computer, I installed all updates as instructed, including Assassins Creed Valhalla, I started playing the game and it started running very HOT. The area above the F-key row got so hot it would have burned my fingers if I hadn't jerked my hand away. I contacted support and the tech had me uninstall the Graphics Driver. that helped a lot but even on my simpler games the fans have to run very high rpms and is noisy and hot air blows out of it which makes for a good heater if you need that. I can't play my games at max settings, I have to use medium settings.

4.5 stars. I couldn't be happier with this laptop for the price I got it. RE9 plays beautifully, the image is crisp, and the fan sound isn't very obtrusive while I have headphones on. Its main shortcoming, poor battery life, doesn't matter much for me since I'm using it plugged in at all times for gaming. One note about the battery, mind that it is plugged in at the power pack properly -- it's not a sharp, tight fit, and can come loose with less force than you would think necessary.

I was attracted to the 32GB of RAM and RTX 5070Ti combo, at this price! It seemingly offers the best specs for this price point you can get. And that it does. It delivers, and runs pretty nice.... Except for one fatal flaw. The S line of this laptop (the Slim version) has very bad heat issues that I don't think anyone should overlook. When you buy a gaming laptop, you expect it to run hot. From the beginning, this laptop ran VERY hot (booting up at 105*C is not acceptable). I spent hours and days trying every little tweek and fix online. Even with undervolting the thing, running it on a $150 cooling pad, etc, I couldn't get the laptop to run at temperatures I wasn't afraid was going to damage the components or burn myself. I ended up trading it in for an ASUS ROG laptop... which runs games just as well, but under more understandable temperatures. If you want to run games off a space heater that can heat a small apartment... and maybe melt a few things... than this is your machine.

It's a pretty good laptop with a powerful graphic chard with a smoth screen i ever seen

I bought this to use for school work but wanted to also game. the OLED is amazing but i did wish the battery life was alot better it usually lasts only 2 hours if im on word and chrome doing research to write a paper, now granted I know they say its because its a gaming laptop so thats why still the rating of 4 stars. If i am only on chrome ill get maybe 3 hours maybe 4 and thats on low brightness and having everything turned off in the background.

Beautifl and sleek machine, runs great, does tend to get a bit warm during heavy gaming sessions though.

Originally bought this computer for 3D mesh rendering. I’ve moved to 4k gaming recently and this laptop performs excellent! I highly recommend this laptop.

This computer is very well made and does excellent with gaming! Only thing I would mention is it tends to get slow when it starts to get hot, and I have a cooling station and everything for it. I would recommend this laptop though because I’m pretty sure my issue is user error!

At the time of writing, this laptop easily beats other laptops with similar specs on price-point. If it ever goes on sale, it will be a steal. Almost all other 5070 TI laptops are well over $2K with only 16gb of RAM! This one has 32gb and a Core Ultra 9 Series 2 processor at sub $2K price. The OLED panel is beautiful with its inky blacks at 240hz. Buy while it's available.

Great laptop for gaming. Got it for my son for Christmas and he loves that’s it’s a laptop so he can bring it with him to friends houses to play together.

Was slow and cumbersome upon initial testing, but eventually became a bit more useable after many updates and settings reconfigurations. Keyboard layout can be frustrating, specifically the shift key on the right side. Decent gaming laptop, struggled with video editing. High RAM consumption from background process and Windows 11 even while no applications are open. Battery life is horrendous. Decent laptop, but there are much better options available with only a very slight increase in cost.

Great, powerful equipment, but at a cost. It's definitely loud under load and not a "lap" top. Maybe mine is just faulty, but there are times when the fan starts making a clicking noise. Love the oled display though

Overall very good, but did crash once due to me running photoshop, which was deeply annoying considering I picked these specs for adobe software and its only like a month old. Could be more of an adobe issue than a laptop issue, still figuring it out. Otherwise, beautiful display and good battery life.

This laptop is incredible. And the support is excellent. The laptop performs up to the hype. The only issue we had was that the laptop had an issue with the power supply. However, the plus side to all of this is that the laptop had great support. It was in the middle of the night when I reached out, and had an RMA by the morning after working with a tech to diagnose the issue. I mailed the laptop to their Texas repair facility on Monday, and it was repaired / replaced and was on its way back to me by Thursday. Great turnaround. The only complain that I had was that I shipped it in the original box it came in, and I didn't get that back. However, they did forewarn me that this would happen.

great mix of budget, performance and portability. Covers all areas realy well

I’ve been using the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16S AI for a bit now, and honestly I really like it. The screen looks amazing, especially for gaming and watching videos, and everything runs super smooth. It handles games and multitasking without any problems. The only downsides are the battery doesn’t last long and the fans can get pretty loud, but overall it’s a solid laptop for the price.
