Twice I attempted to turn on the laptop and it seemed like it would NOT turn on. I do not keep it on the charger but the battery is dying extremely fast.

Great when it works. Shuts down at least weekly

However, it shuts down randomly (on a weekly basis) with the blue screen error "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" - normally there will be a code at the very bottom from what I see online- but there is no stop code shown. Drivers and all software/hardware is up to date. One other issue I have is the "Co-Pilot" button placement. It took the space of the Ctrl button that I used frequently. (Not the left Ctrl button) Would be great if they placed it somewhere else.
