Plays all my games so far at 40-60 fps 0n high and ultra. Need to have plugged in to run performance.

It’s cheap for a reason. Acer has always had bad products but I gave this laptop a try because the price is so good. Too good to be true unfortunately. It froze at least once per day starting from the day I bought it. My guess is it’s a heat issue because it becomes very uncomfortable on your fingers when playing games. The keys are just so hot. But the crashes are what made me return it. I gave it the full 15 days hoping it would stop crashing. I tried multiple solutions to fix the crashing but when it crashed while using just chrome, I had enough and returned it. It’s a shame because you cant find a better laptop for the price.

No issues so far. I bought this about a month ago and it can handel all of my PC games i have been wantung to play. A great computer for a furst time gamer and a lot cheaper than some other options out there.

Besides from the abysmal battery life, overclocking and undervolting lock, and terrible speakers, Acer had driver issues as well. Opening Steam would probably give an epilepsy for some, specifically on a game page or your friends list. Very low power 5070ti, you might as well get a 5070 and overclock it if you are okay with missing out of 4g VRAM. Additionally, in the first week of purchase, i got 2 BSODs and many, MANY stuttering errors. The laptop hasn’t worked correctly since the first day I’ve bought it. Constantly freezes & restarts. Bestbuy offers no refunds or replacements. Acer support is useless. I’m stuck with a $2,000 broken computer. This is the first time I’ve ever bought an Acer product & I’ll never do so again. Same with bestbuy. Selling defected products without offering any in house support or assistance. The sound on this is so low, the battery dies extremely fast, the charger is a huge brick to carry around, all of that I could deal with if the computer didn’t constantly shut off & freeze on its own. Acer support offers text messages. With people who have no technical understanding. Biggest waste of $ ever. I’ll never shop Best Buy or Acer again

We had to exchange this laptop after 2 weeks because it would not run games smoothly comsistently. we bought all the câbles, accessoires, geek squad protection and such and took it to geek squad but that didn’t fix. it disappointing for my son who is a big gamer
