So far, this is an excellent Laptop. The price is almost the same as other products of the same specifications has. Immediately I put my Steam account and downloaded my favorite games, I was shock whit the quality in the graphics and the jump from my previous PC in comparation when I played, no lag, more fast loading and incredible I began to put all at fantastic. The only thing I think is not good is that of course it is more powerful and heat up more quickly and the fan at max level is loud. In my case I live in Florida so it is very hot outside so I do not recommend using it outdoors.

Not a great laptop and I'll explain why. What is good: - System specs and pricepoint - 240HZ OLED screen is absolutely stunning - I liked the laptop design and shell. The bad - Internal software. Specifically drivers and the Intel processor I had this laptop for 2 weeks. Certain games (Elden Ring) and programs (adobe premier pro) were completely unusable. I tried everything, including a hard drive wipe and reinstallation of windows before I returned this laptop thinking it was a defectove unit. I tried the same model and had the exact same issues. After some deep reddit searching and trying acer support, I learned that acer is notorious for not updating drivers. Many people have the same issue I had, and all Acer will tell you is that the fault lies with adobe and the software I'm trying to use isn't compatible with the core ultra series processor. That simply isnt true. The fault lies with acer, they have not updated their bios (as of 12/05/25). I received a notification from intel software (using their intel monitoring software for the processor) stating my bios was not up to date for the processor and to contact the hardware manufacturer about updating the bios. I returned this laptop for the Asus G14 and have zero regrets. The pricepoint is great, the specs and screen are awesome. But know some programs and games may not work and there is nothing you can do as you wont receive any support. Before you buy, check Acers support page for this laptop to ensure the bios was updated after 12/05/25 and ensure the core ultra chipset specifically has an update.

Owned this laptop for a while now and it's been excellent. Screen is incredibly bright and clear, and the keyboard is comfortable and nice to type on with customizable colors and good brightness, although you end up seeing more light under the keys than shining through the letters, so not exactly macbook quality. Performance wise, the best for the money. The 5070ti kills all gaming needs, 32GB RAM is solid and takes care of all your needs. The venting is excellent, the laptop never gets too hot and the fans only spin up for gaming, average day to day tasks it does well at staying cool and not being loud or intrusive. I would absolutely recommend it if you just want the best value for money in terms of gaming performance.

Excellent configuration. Available to connections. Excellent price. Help to my son for study a lot. Quality display. Browsing with multiples tabs. Videos and make documents are fantastic.

So far, I have enjoyed using this computer. I bought it because I was looking for a better graphics card, and this one was reasonable. I was looking for the RTX 5070, but found out 5070i was even better. I am not much of a gamer, but I use video editing software such as Davinci Resolve to process large 4K and 8K files. I am pleased with the performance and the price.

The laptop is really a bang for the buck choice but need to careful about the display because it's so fragile and also OLED so it's going to be really expensive to repair if you are not careful. Not recommended for using without the charger because the battery barely lasts 1 hour with normal workload without the battery saver on, maybe you can push a little bit more with that on, but you have to sacrifice performance. Overall, really capable laptop, good for gaming and other heavy works.

It meets all my expectations, I don't heavily game on here but when I do it's smooth and crisp, it handles what I use it for very well and the price is well with what the laptop comes with, I'd definitely recommend a laptop cooler to minimize the fan workload but definitely worth it

I’ve been using the Acer Predator Helios 16S for a few weeks and it’s really powerful. The Intel Core Ultra 9 and RTX 5070 Ti handle all games smoothly, and multitasking is easy. The laptop can get a bit warm and the fans are loud under heavy load, but that’s normal for a gaming laptop. The design is modern and thin, and it’s easy to carry around. Battery life is okay, but don’t expect to game long without charging. Overall, it’s a great choice if you want a strong gaming laptop that also works for other tasks.

Every game ive played on it so far has ran very smoothly. For some reason it only has good fps when it is plugged in, but its not really an issue since when we use it its always plugged in anyways.

Purchased this after being a long time PlayStation user. Love my PS5 but needed a more reliable gaming option that I could travel with. This easily replaced all my other consoles. Wish I wouldve switch to a gaming laptop soon if I’m honest.

The first thing I thought of when unpacking the laptop was how light it was. Then when I turn it on to set it up I was surprised again when it asked me if I wanted to transfer my file and other programs. Because I already had a Microsoft account it went seamless through the process. The laptop is fast and very good graphics and features with several different type ports. Well worth the money.

Got it on the Black Friday sales. Overall very budget-worthy (compared with other Nvidia 5070Ti + 32 RAM + OLED laptops) as it ran smoothly. Just to note - I did use the cooling pad and also disable some unused programs pre-installed in the laptop which could help a bit as well.

It lacks the Dynamic Refresh Rate. The batery runs dry fast. And I bought it to bring it to Brazil. Wanted to install Portuguese language for Windows11. Did not work. Some texts in windows were in portuguese, other continued in english. Installed from zero a Portuguese version, lost all bundleware. In Acer support there's no way to download the install ISO file. And it lost the recovery ISO. So, now, I can`t even reinstall the english version with all bundleware again.
