Excellent product for the price, very pleased with my experience so far other than battery life because screen is stuck at 240 htz and you cant turn it down, otherwise no issues.

I bought this computer less than 2 months ago. Three days after it arrived, it suddenly shut down (like if from overheating). It was quite strange, it is a very powerful gaming laptop, RTX 5070Ti, I was playing Dragon's Dogma 2 and not in ultra quality and always with the fps and temperature on the screen. It shut off with no warnings, no errors, just pump! No lights or anything. I had to unplug the charger to get it working again. The next day I did a little research and updated the BIOS from the official website to the latest version, and no more problems until now, one month after the last problem, playing Red Dead Redemption 2 I just had the same problem as before. A sudden shutdown. This time, I heard the fan go very loud even though temperatures were below 68°C. The fan becomes very powerful when temperatures are below 68°C. I had to disconnect the charger again in order to restart the PC . Right now, it's a very difficult situation because the return period has already expired and the product is defective. Furthermore, the BIOS is locked.

Overall good, but in case of any load rebooted randomly a few times a day. Ended returning it and chose different laptop. Battery life is very short, which you should expect from gaming laptop, but new laptop I got instead of this one holds battery at least twice as long

Beautiful looking computer and feels solid. However, it shuts down randomly (on a weekly basis) with the blue screen error "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" - normally there will be a code at the very bottom from what I see online- but there is no stop code shown. Drivers and all software/hardware is up to date. One other issue I have is the "Co-Pilot" button placement. It took the space of the Ctrl button that I used frequently. (Not the left Ctrl button) Would be great if they placed it somewhere else.

Performance is awesome for games when connected to charger, I knew that when I made the purchase so it’s been exceeding all expectation!
