Product has a beautiful display with a very powerful GPU and CPU combo however build quality is lacking, there was a loose hinge on both models I owned and the lid sensor can be faulty. Battery life is also very weak but still a good laptop if you intend to have it replace a desktop

Excellent value especially at the sales price. Nothing comes close to the spec for the money you spend. This laptop isn’t “fancy”, or even “sleek”. It’s a throwback to big beastly gaming laptops, with a focus on retaining some semblance of thin-ness. I am using this as a dev workstation, so it’s now running Ubuntu. If you go this route, there will be challenges, for example I still can’t change the rgb for the keyboard. Obviously not the laptops fault, everything is flawless in the default windows install. I am running LLM’s up to ~14b at ~45 t/s, and creating agents using much lighter models to perform simple tasks. Those run in the hundreds of t/s.

Excellent performance. Purchased for teenager and they play all kinds of games and appreciate the speed.

The laptop runs my games perfectly!! My sales person, Cody, did an amazing job on recognising my needs for a quality but not top shelf laptop. He searched for a couple minutes to find the correct laptop as a few had the same SKU but not the same specs. This laptop runs Doom The Dark Ages no problems. Diablo 4 looks even better than it did on my Windows 10 PC. Only downfall, which comes with any store bought PC, is all the extra crap the MFG puts on. Acer software, demo software of McAffee. I'd rather have that stripped off and let me do what I want...

Every game ive played on it so far has ran very smoothly. For some reason it only has good fps when it is plugged in, but its not really an issue since when we use it its always plugged in anyways.

I have a 17-year-old grandson who can run circles around anyone when it comes to technology. Well, I asked him a couple weeks ago what he might like for Christmas this year and he said he had been researching laptops for weeks, trying to find the one that would support everything he does. Between school and his job, he needs the absolute best and had been saving his money to get this one because "it’s light years better than everything else!” So, of course I bought it. He is beyond happy with the results. He said it has exceeded his wildest expectations! Yay Grandma!

So far, I have enjoyed using this computer. I bought it because I was looking for a better graphics card, and this one was reasonable. I was looking for the RTX 5070, but found out 5070i was even better. I am not much of a gamer, but I use video editing software such as Davinci Resolve to process large 4K and 8K files. I am pleased with the performance and the price.

Purchased this after being a long time PlayStation user. Love my PS5 but needed a more reliable gaming option that I could travel with. This easily replaced all my other consoles. Wish I wouldve switch to a gaming laptop soon if I’m honest.

It lacks the Dynamic Refresh Rate. The batery runs dry fast. And I bought it to bring it to Brazil. Wanted to install Portuguese language for Windows11. Did not work. Some texts in windows were in portuguese, other continued in english. Installed from zero a Portuguese version, lost all bundleware. In Acer support there's no way to download the install ISO file. And it lost the recovery ISO. So, now, I can`t even reinstall the english version with all bundleware again.

It meets all my expectations, I don't heavily game on here but when I do it's smooth and crisp, it handles what I use it for very well and the price is well with what the laptop comes with, I'd definitely recommend a laptop cooler to minimize the fan workload but definitely worth it

So far, this is an excellent Laptop. The price is almost the same as other products of the same specifications has. Immediately I put my Steam account and downloaded my favorite games, I was shock whit the quality in the graphics and the jump from my previous PC in comparation when I played, no lag, more fast loading and incredible I began to put all at fantastic. The only thing I think is not good is that of course it is more powerful and heat up more quickly and the fan at max level is loud. In my case I live in Florida so it is very hot outside so I do not recommend using it outdoors.

Slim , portable, amazing OLED screen. I love this laptop

4.5 stars. I couldn't be happier with this laptop for the price I got it. RE9 plays beautifully, the image is crisp, and the fan sound isn't very obtrusive while I have headphones on. Its main shortcoming, poor battery life, doesn't matter much for me since I'm using it plugged in at all times for gaming. One note about the battery, mind that it is plugged in at the power pack properly -- it's not a sharp, tight fit, and can come loose with less force than you would think necessary.

I bought this to use for school work but wanted to also game. the OLED is amazing but i did wish the battery life was alot better it usually lasts only 2 hours if im on word and chrome doing research to write a paper, now granted I know they say its because its a gaming laptop so thats why still the rating of 4 stars. If i am only on chrome ill get maybe 3 hours maybe 4 and thats on low brightness and having everything turned off in the background.

Got it on the Black Friday sales. Overall very budget-worthy (compared with other Nvidia 5070Ti + 32 RAM + OLED laptops) as it ran smoothly. Just to note - I did use the cooling pad and also disable some unused programs pre-installed in the laptop which could help a bit as well.
