I bought this about a month ago and it can handel all of my PC games i have been wantung to play. A great computer for a furst time gamer and a lot cheaper than some other options out there.

It got too hot, and I could smell the burn. It's not possible to travel with it. If you carry it in your backpack with all the apps closed and in sleep mode, expect a burn. I tried everything, but nothing seems to work. I don't think replacing the motherboard will solve it. I may have to report it to Safety Commissions due to potential fire hazard. I cannot travel with this laptop anywhere due to a fear of it burning.

I placed my order on September 4, and the system showed a delivery date of September 8. I stayed home the entire day, rearranging my schedule to receive the package, but it never arrived. For such a high-value purchase, this experience has been extremely frustrating. The product itself may be great, but Best Buy needs to deliver on its promises — especially when customers pay extra for premium services. I expected reliability, and instead I feel let down.

The starting noise is so loud that a deaf person could hear it. The screen presents a strange color tone that will make your eyes feel uncomfortable. Do not waste your money on this crap.

Good for gpu intensive work at this price range. Mine getting crashed while playing even videos even after driver updates if work in battery
