Good when not getting repaired

Have had battery replaced, 1 day later had to send off for motherboard replacement. Now the charging port has a short. plus had to pay to have it shipped for repairs.

If only it was reliable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this Chromebook in January 2018 for my middle schooler to use for homework. It worked great until in April, it would not turn on or charge. We had to mail it back to Acer and be without it for several weeks while it was repaired. When it was returned, it worked great again for several months, until now, when once again it will not turn on and will not charge. I was told again that I need to mail it back and that I have to pay for shipping! Based on the fact that this product has had to be shipped back for repair twice in less than a year, and it has only been lightly used when working, I would highly recommend that you do not purchase this product.

The Touchscreen

Faulty product???

Just my luck. Talk about a disappointed daughter! Geez. I'm a little upset to say the least. I hope exchange goes smoothly tomorrow, if there is another in stock that is.

But it is super slow, and battery dies even when you close the laptop! I dropped and broke one that I had which I loved and I had to buy a replacement quickly and bought this one. What a disappointment.
