I bought this for my elementary school aged son. Excellent options and easy to use. Quick set up and he was off and running! Great to use for all of his school needs. Highly recommend.

I bought this because of the great price and the feature of having a laptop, and a Pad, all in one. Simply fold it in half...cool. It took me a little bit of time to find the apps that do what I want to do...not complicated. I'm up and running now. Did I mention the long battery life, yup charging is quick and you get ten hour battery life, although I haven't timed it with a clock. I'm not sure of your needs, but this takes care of mine, 100%.

I love that it is small and sleek. I can take it everywhere. I love the touch screen and it is very fast.

My daughter uses it for school and home. She loves the touch screen and the size and the weight.

I purchased this chromebook for my 13 year old for school work. I will admit I was a little leary at first about chromebooks in general, but after seeing this little guy in action, I'm actually thinking of grabbing one for myself. It's light weight but super durable. I like the fact it can go from laptop to tablet instantly. Only downside is the very basic camera. Of course everyone under the sun has a camera built on to their phones these days so it's really no big deal.

I love this computer. I just wanted something lightweight and portable for traveling. It made me learn more about using google too. My daughter uses google for school and now I do too. I can enter something in the calendar and I have it synced for my phone and chromebook. Also because it can fold back I can easily set it up and access recipes on Pinterest or in google docs. The battery life is great, I can go a few days before I have to charge it.

Perfect for surfing the web, keyboard is nice for filling out forms and overall preference over bulky laptop or tablet options. Super fast and fairly intuitive for android users.

I've had my fair share of computers over the years and in those years I have never run into anything like this Chromebook. The Acer Chromebook Convertible R11 I is flexible, light, and dependable.

Bought this for college because "laptop/tablet/device" was required. Turns out this couldn't be used because the app base didn't have full access to certain programs. I kept it anyway because my wife loves it. She's on it almost everyday, constantly switching from using keyboard to touch screen to flipping it like a tablet, and has zero complaints about being slow or freezing during transition.

These are fantastic Chromebooks for the money. Yes, there are more powerful units available, but they are also more expensive. For many people, this will serve the purpose of a small computer and a tablet in one device. It performs well, and you could NEVER buy a tablet and a laptop for this price. It does just about everything that most people use a laptop for. I recommend them to people all the time.

This is the third Chromebook I've owned and it is the best one. The processor is plenty fast and the 4GB Ram gets me through my daily tasks w/o any crashes, etc. DO NOT BUY A 2 GB CHROMEBOOK! The 11.6 touchscreen works perfectly and is more than bright enough for my needs. The "flip" tablet mode works perfectly too, and Android apps are pre-installed. I will use this everyday for at least 2-yrs, then I will once again get restless to try something new in Chromebooks. You can bet that Best Buy will have what I need and that's where I will buy it. Then I will have 4 Chromebooks as the darned things never die!

Bought this on sale for my daughter in high school. It logs right in to their schools e-mail, system and assignments and perfect for basic productivity and schoolwork.

I'm not so familiar with the computer yet but so far its really great, i like it i mostly do school work, research, its not heavy, its not too thin , its perfect size

Came with all the Google apps loaded and can download other apps in play store. Nice touch screen. Turns on and off very fast. Flip is very convinent and comfortable

Exactly what we needed to read recipes in the kitchen and order pizza online. It’s a little clunky, but for the price, you can’t expect super thin. The battery lasts all day as advertised.

I purchased one for my children and the next week purchased a second. It fits the bill for what they need to get online to google docs to do school work and other school linked websites. As well as non school browsing etc. With chrome it is easy to monitor what they do on these computers. The actual computer seems sturdy with the gorilla glass and we like the white casing. For the price this computer is a terrific deal.

Got this for our 17yr old for school. This was perfect! Touch screen is what teens love and Google docs and programs are what they need for most school assignments.

Bought this laptop for my nephew for his schoolwork. Had all the necessities to complete his work. Would recommend to anyone looking for basic use at a low cost.

I went to BB to get a fitness tracker, and came home with this Acer chromebook. I was worried since this was a spur of the moment purchase, but it does everything I want. It's easy to use, and has a long battery life. I love it's versatility, use it as a laptop with the keyboard, fold it partway as a stand up tablet, or fold flat as a tablet. It's great that you can use the keyboard and touch screen together.
